2 Year Fixed Term Contract
An opportunity has arisen at Route 29. This is a busy role and there is an expectation that the post holder is able to manage their own workload and yet work as part of a team, to ensure all the responsibilities of supporting the service are considered and acted upon within agreed timescales and performance indicators are achieved.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate how they meet the following necessary requirements of the post in order to be shortlisted for interview:
Essential: Key Outcomes
1. To support the Route 29 in the development of the administrative systems and processes within Route 29.
2. To manage all aspects of the management information system in relation to Route 29.
3. To support Head of Service and Managers around inspections.
4. To ensure that all members of Route 29 are notified of any relevant changes in a timely manner.
5. To oversee recording and attainment collation procedures, ensuring that data is recorded in such a way that it can be analysed by Route 29 and other professionals, including Police and courts.
6. To manage the invoicing.
7. To meet regularly with Head of Service and management Team to look at data management, producing reports regarding case management performance, producing presenting reports to the management team.
8. To provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for Head of Service and Managers at Route 29.
9. To meet monitoring and requirements.
10. To be the lead on providing and capturing data on new projects.
11. To work with all new staff with training and support on Liquid Logic plus ongoing training and support for all staff, including drop-in sessions.
12. To be the lead on Liquid Logic upgrades to Liese with IT.
13. To organise training to the whole team regarding In House training on Liquid Logic.
14. To act as a point of contact for Route 29 and liaise effectively with social workers, courts, police, and to ensure effective working relationships are maintained.
15. To attend job related meetings as requested by Route 29.
16. To attend related meetings internal and external to develop Liquid Logic.
17. To attend and participate in the development of Route 29 and provide regular updates on the day-to-day activities of the service area, e.g., systems, process, practices and self-development requirements or opportunities.
18. To treat all information in accordance with Salford City Council’s policies on confidentiality and Data Protection / GDPR.
19. To undertake such additional duties as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post.
20. To carry out duties with full regard to Salford City Council’s Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety and Community Strategy.
