Job Description
Sundance Confectionery is a small Sugar & Chocolate Confectionery wholesale business currently operating from Kidlington but shortly moving to new premises in Witney, West Oxfordshire, supplying the hospitality industry. We are looking for a part-time ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR / CREDIT CONTROLLER.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing Sales Ledger using Quickbooks accounting software
2. Overseeing Credit Control
3. Bank reconciliation
4. Preparing monthly payroll and pension
5. Assisting with Purchase Ledger as may be necessary
6. Assisting company’s accountants with the data required for year-end accounts
7. Assisting in the compiling and filing of any other data as may be necessary

Minimum Requirements:
* Working knowledge of accounting software is essential.
* Experience in accounting: 1 year (required)
* Experience in bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
Job Type: Part-time, permanent
Salary: From £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: Ideally from 9am to 5pm (24 hours per week) Tuesday to Thursday but can be negotiated to suit the right candidate (no weekends).
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
Witney OX29: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
