Job Title: Ice Cream Commercial Operations Executive

JOB PURPOSE
Reports to: 2B CSP IH Operations Manager for Ice Cream
The Category Strategy & Planning team are a central part of the Ice Cream Business. With a primary focus on driving growth through customer collaboration and commercial acumen.
This role is ideal for a junior sales professional looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of brand and category growth along with a diverse set of markets and customers.
Provide analysis and insight across a range of data sets to inform commercial strategy within and across customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the in-year Commercial Plan delivery by providing analytical data inputs to inform short, medium and long-term decision making.
* P&L Analysis to inform dynamic funding decisions.
* Net Revenue Management analysis & recommendations, including pricing, mix management, Pack Price Architecture and promotional effectiveness.
* Support the CSP Manager in the delivery and execution of the Strategy to enable delivery of commercial targets across the customer base.
* Uphold execution standards through analysis and recommendations against core Customer Owned metrics (Distribution, Share of Shelf)
* Support the ice cream innovation agenda through expertise on channel, customer and market
Provide input to:
* Key project meetings to represent customer teams – inputs in form of data collation for account specific details e.g. range review timings, promotion activity
* Promotion performance analysis, scenario planning
* Lead Customer Planning Toolkit inputs in line with annual planning/Summer & Winter range reviews– keep updated and amend in line with any strategy changes

* Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred
