I am looking for a Social Media Assistant with a keen interest in paid media and a strong desire to learn for a thriving B2C company in Maidstone. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to engage with the dynamic world of social media advertising.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Implementing and managing paid social advertising campaigns
* Creating ad copy and targeting audiences
* Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance
* Conducting A/B split tests to optimise campaign results
* Community moderation and timely engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Some experience in paid social or digital marketing is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
* A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and drive tasks to completion.
* Computer literacy, with excellent knowledge of Excel.
* Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
