Aftersales Contact Advisor required in Southampton.
An opportunity to join a highly successful Main Car Dealership as an Aftersales Contact Service Advisor in their contact centre.
Salary, depending on experience, in the region of £22,000 with the opportunity to earn up to earn bonus circa £27,000.
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
We are now seeking talented Aftersales Contact Advisor to join our clients successful Aftersales Contact team in Hedge End. The main objective of the role is to maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work
Key Objectives of the role:
Responsibility for inbound service and maintenance booking
Making outbound calls to existing customers
Producing service plan quotations
Increasing customers retention
Essential Skills/Experience
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills
• Confident communication skills
• Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
• Organisation skills and being able to manage multiple customer appointments.
• Strong administration skills including: diary management, time management and record keeping.
• Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and maximise every sales opportunity.
