We are looking for GPs who have obtained their Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice within the last two years and have not held a substantive post in general practice. Main duties of the job Main Duties of the Job: Undertake home visits for patients who are housebound or unable to attend the surgery. Provide comprehensive, high-quality care across the 5 GP practices within Apollo Warwickshire North PCN. Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including nursing staff, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, and other ARRS roles. Contribute to improving patient access to care and reducing waiting times. Support the clinical capacity across practices and the overall effectiveness of patient care. Participate in clinical meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to improve service delivery. Provide face-to-face and telephone consultations, manage repeat prescriptions, and follow up on patient care.
