ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN – LIMAVADY AREA
SALARY: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, full-time or part-time, office-based
My client is an excellent employer in the Limavady area and is urgently seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounting Technician to join their dynamic team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing of Sales Ledger e.g., processing invoices, posting debit/credits, stock control and reconciliation, cash receipts and lodgements.
2. Assisting with preparation for month-end balancing and Year-end Audit.
3. Liaising with Credit Control department to ensure credit terms are being adhered to e.g. credit checks, payment terms etc.
4. Customer Care and dealing with any relevant department queries.
5. Providing general administrative support as requested by Management and Directors.
What you’ll need to succeed!
1. Fully qualified Accounting Technician.
2. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
4. An understanding and appreciation for the importance of prioritising workload.
