Role Overview:
As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and conducting audits, committed to delivering top-tier services across a diverse range of clients. This role involves significant collaboration with a team of professionals, where you will offer guidance to junior staff and manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities :
12. Direct and oversee the entire audit process from initiation to finalisation, catering to a broad client base.
13. Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional growth while ensuring compliance with the firm’s high standards.
14. Develop and review comprehensive audit documents and reports for upper management.
15. Engage with clients to grasp their business objectives, address their issues, and strengthen relationship ties.
16. Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
17. Should be ACA/ACCA qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification).
18. Required to have prior audit experience within a UK Practice setting.
19. Must possess robust technical expertise in audit procedures and financial reporting standards.
20. Should have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong client partnerships.
21. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
22. Must showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
