About the role
You will provide high-quality Human Resources advice and support across all levels of management and designated responsibility areas, working with colleagues to ensure consistency. You will support wider HR Department objectives to promote our culture, values, and the delivery of organisational strategic goals.
About you
You will hold CIPD Level 5 as a minimum requirement. You should have significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser in a complex organisation, working with managers to achieve positive business outcomes. A proven track record of providing credible, expert advice and services to managers is essential.
