Sales & Operations Administrator Location: Camberley (Hybrid) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum As and Sales & Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the entire bid process and providing expert advice and support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, ensuring proactive communication of contract status to internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with customer service and sales teams, serving as the primary contact for tender-related matters. Stay informed on changes in tender legislation, technology, and digitalisation by attending relevant training sessions. Oversee the tender process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary templates are obtained and deadlines are met. Secure all required formal and legal representative signatures, verify all contents requested in the tender terms, and ensure proper filing and management of tender documents. Manage and follow up on sample requests, ensuring all tender prices are accurately uploaded in SAP and maintaining the pricing database. Lead and manage contract renewals in partnership with the sales team, informing them of deadlines and potential price indexations included in the tender documentation. Provide support in various administrative tasks related to office management, customer service, and sales & marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal teams and stakeholders. Good understanding of procurement rules, guidelines, and legal requirements. Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant software tools. Ability to proactively support the sales team with detailed knowledge of the procurement process.
