Self Employed-OTE to £85k
First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a number of Self Employed Business Development Executives to help develop our clients services across the country.
Our client is a nationally recognised leading provider of financial advice for serving military personnel and they offer professional advice in areas such as life insurance, critical illness cover, mortgages and insurances.
Ideally candidates will come from a financial services background, ideally hold the RO5 qualification and have a strong business development background.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and has immediate interviews and starts available.
This role is being recruited for in: Plymouth.
Candidate duties will include:
1. Promoting company products and services and to understand clients specific product requirements
2. Arranging & attending business to business sales meetings
3. Research and analysis of current insurance market trends
4. To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients
5. To manage a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline & diary
6. Follow a sales and compliance process in line with company standards
Candidate experience will include:
7. Ideally have a background or experience of insurance and financial products including new business development & account management
8. Have a strong background in either a telesales or a face to face sales role, gained within the insurance and finance sector
9. Have excellent communication and presentation skills
10. Have excellent negotiation skills
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods and to attend sales meetings.
Due to the nature of the role candidates must have their own vehicle.
