Skilled Maintenance Technician Location: Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, KT13 0QN Department: Facilities & Property Salary: c£30,000 per annum depending on experience Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent - Full time We are currently expanding our Facilities Team and are looking for two Skilled Maintenance Technicians. Your role will be to undertake the maintenance and presentation of the Brooklands historic site, buildings, services and facilities, to ensure that all visitors, volunteers, staff and clients experience the best possible environment during their time at Brooklands Museum. You may also be involved in event preparation as needed. You will need to have experience in building maintenance, handyperson, or janitorial duties, a good understanding of health and safety requirements, a proactive approach to maintenance and building management, a full UK driver's license, and the williness to work flexible working hours. If you have a forklift, cherry picker or scissor lift licence this will be an advantage but training can be provided.
