Main duties of the job To assist the Ward Manager in setting up standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice, supervision and audit. To deputise for the manager in his/her absence. To ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users, in accordance with evidence based professional practice and trust policies.
