Robertson Bell are helping our client recruit an Interim Part-Time Finance Officer, to work three days per week, for an initial two-month contract. The role is based in central London, but remote working is an option for the right candidate, with occasional visits to the head office. The Interim Part-Time Finance Officer’s key responsibilities will include: Entering and processing invoices into the ERP system accurately and efficiently. Reconciling balance sheets and bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy. Managing historic debt by following up with core suppliers and resolving outstanding payments. Assisting with audit queries by providing necessary documentation and support. The Interim Part-Time Finance Officer will have: Experience working in a similar varied role, having worked across both sales and purchase ledger – preferably in accounts payable. Previously reconciled bank accounts and balance sheets. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
