The firm is seeking an experienced AML/CDD Analyst to provide interim support to their compliance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and client due diligence procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Due Diligence (CDD): Conduct thorough CDD processes for new and existing clients, including risk assessments and verification of client information.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: Monitor and review transactions to identify and report suspicious activities in line with AML regulations.
• Intapp System Utilisation: Leverage the Intapp platform to manage client onboarding, maintain compliance records, and streamline workflow processes.
• Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated with the latest AML regulations and ensure the firm’s policies and procedures are compliant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide guidance on AML/CDD matters and support the implementation of compliance initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: Proven experience in AML and CDD within a legal or professional services environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Intapp or similar client onboarding and compliance systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK AML regulations and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate measures.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
