Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive technical support for Microsoft Power Platform users
2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
3. Manage service tickets within SLA parameters
4. Collaborate with development teams on complex problem resolution
5. Deliver excellent customer service through proactive communication
6. Contribute to product enhancement based on customer feedback
7. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform developments
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components
2. Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
3. Problem-solving aptitude with systematic approach
4. Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM tools
5. SQL and database experience (advantageous)
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
7. Customer service with professional demeanor
