Home Manager - Luxury Elderly Nursing Home
Location - North West London
Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme (OTE £108,000)

We are working with a highly respected, luxury care provider to recruit a Home Manager for their beautiful, medium-sized elderly nursing home in North West London. This well-established service offers a warm, supportive atmosphere for both its residents and dedicated team, and they are looking for a driven and experienced leader to take the helm.
Your Role:
As Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this high-quality care home, ensuring that the care provided to residents meets the highest standards and complies with CQC regulations. You will lead a skilled and compassionate team, develop strong relationships with residents and their families, and work to continuously improve the service. Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering person-centered care that enhances residents' quality of life.
2. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
3. Leading, motivating, and developing a talented care team.
4. Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure the home operates efficiently.
5. Building strong community connections and promoting the home within the local area.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Home Manager or with a proven track record of successfully managing a care home. You should have:
1. A solid understanding of CQC criteria and a history of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
2. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
3. A passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of elderly residents.
4. Previous experience within the elderly care sector, ideally within a luxury or high-end setting.
5. A confident, positive, and proactive attitude that drives excellence in every aspect of care.
6. Excellent commercial acumen.
7. While a nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
