Whether you're experienced in supporting students or looking to start your career in education, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in the delivery of lessons to primary-aged children. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a variety of learning needs. Assist with the preparation and organization of teaching resources. Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Provide pastoral care and support to students. Observe and monitor students’ progress and contribute to reports and feedback. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting (but not essential). A positive attitude, with a passion for supporting children’s learning and development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
