We are looking for
a team member with significant theatre experience.
As a senior dental nurse you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of autonomy, excellent communication skills and professionalism. Proactively working within a busy multi-disciplinary team. You will support the Dental Nurse Manager and clinical department to ensure safe staffing levels and support where needed.
For those applicants working towards a post qualification this will be a developmental role, paid at the top of Band 4 until completion of their qualification when they will move to Band 5.
Clinical – Communication and Relationship skills
To communicate and co-ordinate effectively with appropriate clinicians, staff, professional bodies and external agencies.
Demonstrate politeness, courtesy and sensitivity when providing care for patients, relatives and colleagues.
Contribute to sharing good practice within the department and hospital trust wide sites, working as a member of the dental department, and will be expected to undertake a wide range of dental nurse duties on all sites.
