About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a secondary school located in Birmingham, B30. As a Business Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and challenge students in the study of business, economics, and entrepreneurship. The role involves teaching both Key Stage 4 and 5 students, preparing them for GCSEs and A-Levels, and fostering a deep understanding of the business world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous development.
* Support the development of business-related extracurricular activities and student projects.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Business Studies or a related field.
* A strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
* Previous experience in teaching Business at secondary level (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
