Company ALPINE RACING LIMITED Job Description BWT Alpine Formula One Team is seeking a meticulous and proactive Team Kit Co-ordinator to oversee the ordering and distribution of team apparel. Team Kit Coordinator - The Role Key Responsibilities: Ordering and Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers to order team kits, including race suits, uniforms, and casual wear. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of all team kit and merchandise items. Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues with suppliers. Coordinate with internal teams to support merchandise requirements and ordering. Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of team kits to all members, ensuring correct sizing and personalisation. Ensure efficient and accurate distribution processes to meet team and partner needs. General Merchandise Support: Assist in organising and managing merchandise stands at races and team events. Assist in organising staff sales. Team Kit Coordinator – The Person: Proven experience in stock/stores management, preferably in sports or a related industry. Strong organisational and project management skills and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
