You will support management in delivering and driving our core gym and studio products, such as Gym Inductions, 121 Consultations, Programme Reviews, Health Assessments, small group training and Personal Training. In doing so you will have the ability to deliver group exercise classes or a future commitment to upskill in this area. About you: The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering quality services for individuals with long term conditions. They will have experience of working with a range of people to deliver high quality activity sessions. They will be able to adapt activity to meet the needs of individuals and have effective communication skills and be able to adapt this where needed. Experience of working with partners and promoting activity is required. They will be able to motivate themselves and work on their own and as part of a team.
