The role:
Revenue Management Analyst
Deliver Revenue targets for a specific geographical area, using insight and creative solutions by exploiting specialised systems.
What you’ll do:
1. Deliver the revenue and other key targets for a portfolio of routes and/or markets by optimising the price to our customers.
2. Define and implement market commercial strategies, to offer the optimal price and availability in different markets across different seasons and travel periods.
3. Be the revenue management expert for a specific geographical area for key stakeholders, including Sales teams, partner airlines & Network Planning.
4. Analyse market performance against objectives/targets, monitor competitor activity and product initiatives, spot and react to challenges and opportunities and take timely action.
5. Manipulate large data sets to discover new revenue opportunities and gain improved understanding of our customers.
6. Work with other stakeholder teams across BA and the wider IAG group to deliver initiatives that lead to incremental revenue growth.
7. Participate in and drive continuous improvement in the ways we work & in the systems and processes we use.
What you’ll bring to British Airways:

Your experience:
1. Proven experience or education in a highly numerical field (essential).
2. Strong excel skills (essential) whilst desirable to have previous coding skills such as SQL, or a keen appetite to learn.
3. Experience in commercial decision-making (desirable).
