Job Description
Following a series of successful infrastructure framework wins and as part of our ongoing growth, United Living Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. The Work Winning team plays a crucial role in driving business generation, actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders throughout the pursuit cycle—from early capture planning through to live tenders and contract negotiations.
As a Bid Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for critical documentation, overseeing their coordination to the appropriate resources while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the bidding process. You will play a critical role in monitoring and updating the bid timetable and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and successful bid submissions.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who:

* Managing external communications to the client and ensuring their accuracy.
* The ability to complete research of clients and markets would also be an advantage.
Qualifications
Degree educated or demonstrable experience in lieu.
