Our Infrastructure team is currently looking to recruit a Health Safety and Wellbeing Advisor in St Neots to work on a multi-million-pound highways improvement scheme on the A428.
What you’ll do:
* Monitor the project, trade contractors, designers, suppliers and assist the Procurement Team.
* Liaise with trade contractors, designers, suppliers, clients, enforcement agencies and other relevant parties.
* Advise, guide and coach personnel with the implementation of the Company Health & Safety Management System (HSMS).
* Assist the Project teams with the production, review and implementation of the Construction Phase Plan / Project Execution Plan.
* Communicate effectively (Accurate, Relevant and Timely) with your line manager, particularly with the escalation of accidents and incidents.
* Ensure that accidents and incidents are investigated and the findings communicated in accordance with Business Unit timescales.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proven track record as a Health and Safety Advisor.
* Experience working on major infrastructure schemes (preferred).
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
