My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their water team on a permanent basis. The contract that you will be involved in will be working on an NEC contract within the water sector. You will be working with a team that has years of experience within the utility sector, making it a great team to learn from. About the requirements
It is essential to have a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. I am looking for someone who has experience in a similar role with a Tier One Main Contractor based in the UK, working on major Civil Engineering schemes. Due to this project being an NEC form of contract, it is essential to have experience working on these contracts. Additionally, experience in change negotiation and dispute resolution is important.
