Role Summary: The Post Onboarding team will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of all DNA Payments merchant accounts. This will include reviewing CreditSafe/Lexus Nexis daily alerts, completing periodic KYC/AML reviews on accounts and managing all individual and bulk cancellation requests. The team will report to the Post Onboarding Manager and sit under Joanne Calpin, Head of Financial Operations. Responsibilities: Review all monitoring alerts received daily and ensure all merchant information is correct and up to date. Keeping in line with the set SLA to ensure daily batches are cleared. Analyse merchants company documents and conduct due diligence where required. Complete periodic reviews across the DNA Payments estate, maintaining all KYC records to keep merchant KYC up to date and evidencing no risks are present. Be proactive in flagging any perceived risks to the Post Onboarding Manager when completing monitoring or periodic reviews. Assist with ensuring the DNA Payments estate is always audit ready. Communicate with different teams to ensure merchant accounts are kept up to date and compliant. Assist with all cancellation processes, ensuring when requested; merchant ID’s and billing are closed without delay. Removing closed accounts from the ongoing monitoring portfolio. Requirements: Good analytical skills with the ability to make sense of complex data or information. Ability to work independently but also able to collaborate with the team on larger scale workloads as required. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word) Proficient in Salesforce Ability to learn new systems and challenge themselves to continuously develop skills. Readiness to work to tight deadlines and ability to problem solve. Understanding of KYC regulations and risk management is a plus. Experience within the payments industry is desirable.
