Commercial Director – Freight Forwarding
Salary: Negotiable around +/- 100K (+ bonuses & benefits)
Location: North West England (hybrid, 2 days a week in the office)

With the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing as direct reports, the Commercial Director will lead the sales and marketing teams and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing, developing and monitoring the team
2. Developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
3. Managing complex sales negotiations
4. Managing P&L, forecasting and reporting
5. Implementing data-driven decisions to increase revenue
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in leading the commercial function in a freight forwarding company
2. Exposure to both air and sea freight
3. Proven background in driving revenue
4. Skilled at change management
5. International experience, particularly within Europe
