B Corp certified, AJ100 Practice with a studios across the UK are looking for an Associate/ Principal Landscape Architect to join their long standing Landscape division. This is an integral role, reporting to the Landscape Design Director.

In terms of projects, they work on a broad range of large scale, complex projects including park restoration, public realm, town centre regeneration, landscape led master[1]planning, housing, heritage, and sustainable placemaking.
The Role …The Associate/Principal Landscape Architect will be highly experienced and have a solid track record of running projects. They will be responsible for managing a team of Landscape Architects to deliver a portfolio of projects, reporting to one of the Landscape Design Directors. They will promote Landscape Design excellence and enable the practice to achieve its objective to lead the field in sustainable placemaking.
Desired Qualifications + Experience :
A Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or other equivalent level.
Chartered or near Chartered member of the Landscape Institute or equivalent is preferable.
Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS Office applications and highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Affinity, Adobe Creative Suite
Proven capability to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple large and/or complex projects across all RIBA work stages including understanding and application of UK landscape design standards and statutory requirements.
Proven capability to effectively manage team/project resourcing, fees and client relationships. And to effectively manage outputs for multiple projects.
Exceptional design skills, attention to detail and technical proficiency.
Confident in a client facing position, able to represent the practice externally.
Able to actively contributes towards and/or produces winning bids.
Manages project finances and budgets effectively.
Able to effectively present and deliver internal technical training.
