We're seeking a future team member to join our Corporate Treasury team that is focused on the Capital Management activities of our investments business. This role is to be based in London. The position will provide support with the capital management activities, including capital stress testing and Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment ( ICARA ) Process, of the Investment Management Firms (e.g. Walter Scott, Newton, IM EMEA) in EMEA. The position will work closely with colleagues in the International Treasury team, Finance, Risk and legal entity management teams. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage Capital across the IM Firms, including coordination and delivery of the ICARA document, capital stress testing, and internal capital assessments. Participate in the ICARA Stress Testing Oversight Group (STOG) to ensure robust governance around ICARA and associated capital stress tests. Develop capital stress testing scenarios and assumptions, and support in developing capital management policies/procedures. Monitor regulatory capital ratios for IM legal entities and analyse significant changes to external capital ratios. Maintain strong relationships with senior management across Business, Risk Management, Finance, and US and EMEA counterparts. Support wider Treasury initiatives, including regulatory presentations, training sessions, and ad-hoc deliverables To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor/master's degree. MBA, CFA, or ACA / ACCA or equivalent preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a Treasury or Risk Management function, with a strong focus on capital management. Proven understanding of current regulatory stress testing guidelines and experience in data quality management, data analysis, and reconciliation processes. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage high volumes of workloads and priorities effectively during peak times. Preferably, prior knowledge or experience of modelling techniques (Credit, operational, and Market risks), FCA supervisory approach. Good analytical, project management, and report writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
