Key Responsibilities: RWinvest is an award winning, UK Property Investment Company who connects Buy-to-Let investors with the best property investment opportunities on the market. We are seeking a skilled and creative Hubspot Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective email flows for marketing campaigns that engage and convert our target audience. Our Email Marketer will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic in-house and outsourced email, WhatsApp and SMS communications. Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing and messaging strategies that align with overall marketing objectives. Plan and execute segmented email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to different customer segments, tailoring content to each group's preferences and behaviour's. Implement contact list growth strategies to increase the subscriber base organically. Own the email, SMS and WhatsApp processes, building a Content Development: Create compelling and relevant content, including subject lines, copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs). Strong copywriting skills to create engaging content that follows brand tone of voice. A strong understanding of AI and experience in utilising AI tools to expedite quality content is a must. Collaborate with our design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand email designs. List Management: Manage and maintain the customer database to maintain and improve data quality, consistency and accuracy. Proactive management of the database to ensure data quality and support with audience/campaign segmentation, Proactively monitor and manage contact list usage and limits. Automation and Personalisation: Utilise marketing automation tools to set up triggered email campaigns based on user actions, such as welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups. Proactively recommend and introduce automated work flows to refine segmentation and improve the customer experience. Implement personalisation strategies to deliver relevant and tailored content to individual subscribers. Understand how to filter and target clients using our Hubspot CRM system for the specific campaigns Testing and Optimisation Conduct A/B testing of different email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times) to optimize campaign performance. Analyse email campaign metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key email marketing metrics, including delivery, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. Generate regular reports that showcase campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations. Pro-actively make recommendations to improve segmentation and performance based on data insights, adapting a test and learn, continuous improvement mindset. Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to email marketing, making informed recommendations Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant data protection laws and email marketing regulations eg GDPR, CAN-SPAM. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years email campaign experience with proven results. Proven experience of email marketing using Hubspot CRM to manage contact lists and deliver campaigns. Industry experience preferred but not essential. Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong AI skills to create compelling email content and to target the correct audience for particular campaigns. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making. Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Negotiate prices and terms, develop campaigns and monitor results.
