A vacancy has arisen for the role of Operational Support Clerk within the Operational Support Team in the Independent Reviewing Service. Do you have the skills and experience required to deliver an efficient administrative support service and reception duties?
If so, this is the role for you. You should have excellent administration and communication skills. You should have the skills to support the wider functions of the Independent Review Service by arranging meetings, telephone duties, and a variety of communications for the team of a confidential nature. You should have experience of operational and administrative support systems, well-developed skills in written communication, and well-developed IT skills and the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload.
