As a Graphic Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of creative concepts that captivate audiences and drive engagement. You’ll be instrumental in establishing visual styles for social media ads, designing cohesive branding, and even exploring motion graphics and animations to elevate campaigns further.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design engaging graphics for social media ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency and cohesive messaging
3. Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, including layouts, colour schemes, and typography
4. Occasionally create basic animations or motion graphics (if capable) to enhance ads and landing pages
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital marketing best practices
6. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experience:
1. A strong understanding of design principles (typography, colour theory, composition)
2. Experience in designing for social media ads (prior work samples preferred but not essential)
3. A portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in digital design
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
7. Proficiency in design tools like Figma (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Bonus Skills:
1. Basic understanding or interest in motion graphics/animation (experience with After Effects is a plus)
2. Experience designing responsive landing pages in Figma, optimizing for user experience and conversions
3. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web development principles
4. Experience leading or working within a design team
