Main duties of the job We are please to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity to add an additional Ward Leader for Piam Brown Unit at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. Piam Brown is a tertiary oncology unit providing extensive treatment and care to children locally as well as regionally. Our unit includes a day ward and an inpatient ward as well as a clinical nurse specialist team. To work in partnership with the Lead Clinician and ensure accountability for the delivery of the quality performance agenda. Manage the ward and be responsible for ensuring 24-hour cover for the services provided and skill mix required.
