We are seeking a Temporary Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our family-run memorial business in Kilmarnock. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and providing compassionate service to grieving families. Key Responsibilities: Supervise staff to maintain high standards of care. Manage orders, stock control, and financial operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Assist with marketing and community outreach. Provide empathetic support to clients. Requirements: Experience in office management or similar role. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Compassionate, professional, and a clear communicator. Location: Kilmarnock (with occasional travel in Ayrshire). Hours: Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a temporary position offering an immediate start.
