In the role of a Property Loss Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and resolution to individuals facing significant property damage. Managing a caseload of claims from start to finish, you will be the steady presence that customers in distress rely on during challenging times. Your ability to handle various types of property damage such as burst pipes, fires, and storm damage with confidence and compassion is paramount in offering reassurance and guidance to claimants throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities of the position will involve visiting claimants at their homes, coordinating with contractors, and preparing comprehensive reports to expedite the claims process. While prior insurance experience is a prerequisite for this role, possessing qualities such as a curious mindset, strong communication skills, and a compassionate nature will be invaluable in establishing trust and rapport with claimants.
As a Loss Adjuster, working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment, you will have access to training and resources to enhance your technical knowledge and receive managerial guidance to excel in your role. About you:
* Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.

* Proficient time management skills are vital for planning, prioritising tasks, and meeting multiple deadlines.
