What you’ll do
You will be working with a virtual team of Digital, Customer Experience, Network, IT and Business stakeholders to design and realise the end to end experience for the products, services or propositions within your remit.
Your strong stakeholder management skills will allow you to work across multiple teams and at different levels of the organisation to understand existing processes and obtain support for your proposals. Your written and verbal communication skills will be exemplary.
Using agile techniques will enable you to work smarter in a complex environment. Your thirst for knowledge and natural curiosity will drive to you learn more about the Products supported by the wider team and to better understand and adopt best practice.
1. You will be takeing full, overall accountability for the definition of the end to end service design of the product, service or proposition, obtaining input and approval from the relevant stakeholders
2. You will be responsible to ensure that the network, service and related operational support requirements are fully captured, understood, agreed, consistent and communicated according to the company standards
3. Own the balance between cost, quality and time for all design solutions, and for ensuring the design integrity of all launched products
4. Operate within the Product Development processes, driving the adoption of automation and digitsation
5. Providing pressure and challenge to proceed at pace and with rigour, whilst maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business
Who you are
6. Demonstrable and recent track record of delivering service designs, preferably in a large corporate or IT environment.
7. Ability to learn about and understand a wide range of disciplines to work efficiently with those areas, for example: sales, order management, provisioning and assurance processes, billing and operations
8. Process mapping, improvement and reengineering. Process analysis and design – ideally within Pega applications.
9. Experience developing and introducing change into operational and sales environments
