The Role: We are looking for individuals who embody key team behaviours — adaptability, collaboration, problem solving and effective communication. While specific experience in FMCG or food production is advantageous, it’s not required to apply as we value the right attitude and personality above all else. If you bring planning skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, or a background in food factories, that’s fantastic However, we’re primarily interested in candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us. About you: You might be a Planner or Administrator in another industry, a talent looking for a career change, a university graduate looking to start in our industry, an experienced Production or Transport Planner or anything in between – if you have some, none or all of the relevant skills but some or all of the desirable characteristics then our hiring team would be more than happy to hear from you. Key Responsibilities (to be learned through training): Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders Gaining an understanding of all processes on site to enable efficient planning Scheduling daily work streams to deliver an achievable production and transportation plan Issue the daily, weekly and monthly production plans and our general reports Proactively managing stocks and liaising with the relevant departments to resolve any issues Working with other departments to plan and successfully launch new product lines Communicating with production employees and logistics companies, to ensure timely completion and dispatch of products Investigating exceptions which affect the plan and finding solutions Planning production schedules to meet business plans and achieve KPIs Representing the team in cross functional meetings, deputising for the Planning Manager where required and feeding back to the wider team. We’re looking for someone who is: Logical and confident in their delivery Focused on delivering high standards Responsible, accountable and has the motivation for improvement Flexible and adaptable.
