About the role Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store in the absence or during the cover of the usual Shop Manager. Maintain the shops income and profit potential Achieve budgeted income and profit figures and proactively address any fall in income Work with the eBay manager to maximise the sale value of donated items including through the use of online resources such as Ebay and Depop Delegate appropriate tasks to volunteers and ensure they are fully trained and able to carry out the tasks required of them Further responsibilities in the role of a Cover Shop Manager (Multi-Location) at Rainbows, can be found by downloading the Job Description. Requirements Experience in a retail environment or customer service role Excellent Management skills Previous Chairty retail experience is desirable Able to work towards financial targets and manage budgets.
