Due to recent growth, Integrum Fire Ltd is looking to employ an apprentice Fire and Security engineer. The successful individual will get the opportunity to work across London and the Southeast in a variety of commercial properties.
You should be committed to developing new skills and gaining knowledge of the industry. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, curious, and a good communicator and listener. This really could be a turning point for someone who hasn’t been given that opportunity to thrive.
Job Role:
1. Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of various fire and security systems.
2. Learn to use both hand and power tools effectively and safely.
3. Learn the different installation methods for cabling and equipment.
4. Complete relevant documentation and assist with administration of each project.
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Entry Requirements:
* 21 years or older.
* Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS.
* Must hold a driving licence.
* Live within 10 miles of the office.
* Maths and English GCSE Grade 4 or above.
Training to Be Provided:
Fire Emergency Security Systems Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release at their Watford Centre. You will attend the centre one week every eight weeks and complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks.
Things to Consider:
This is a 36-month apprenticeship; full commitment is needed during this time. Please ensure that you meet the entry requirements before applying for this position.
Future Prospects:
Upon successful completion, you will be offered a full-time position as a qualified engineer.
