Role Summary
Being responsible for Stage 1 of the recruitment process – advertising, shortlisting, inviting candidates to interview, processing interview paperwork, managing the Recruitment Inbox and supporting the Recruitment Administrators on a daily basis.
Acting as part of the recruitment team to action all details on the employment lifecycle of an employee of the Trust from recruitment to contract.

Join Our Team as an Apprentice Recruitment Admin Assistant!
Are you ready to start your career in recruitment with the largest employer in Devon? We're seeking a dynamic Apprentice Recruitment Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for candidates onboarding on their journey with the Royal Devon.
The successful postholder will start on a fixed term months contract as part of their apprenticeship programme. On successful completion, they will progress to a substantive role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding administrative support to our managers to help them with advertising, managing shortlisting, sending invitations, and processing successful candidates.
2. Serve as a liaison between candidates and managers via phone and email, ensuring seamless communication.
3. Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with a supportive, fun, and dedicated team.

4. Strong IT skills are essential as our entire process is online and computer-based.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
