Full job description
Are you ready to embark on an incredible career opportunity with Vita Health Group? Are you looking to take the next step and develop your relationship building and account management skills? Would you like to have the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset within a friendly, established team? If so, this role is perfect for you!
A bit about us: Hello! We are Vita Health Group and have a great opportunity for a Senior Employment Advisor to join our Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland NHS Talking Therapies service. We have recently been recognised as being one of the UK’s best health care companies to work for, and we want you to become part of that!
What you will do in the role: This is a key role in the service and combines a caseload with the management, motivation and development of a team of Employment Advisors focused on providing support and advice to our service users to help them gain, return to or retain employment. You will work closely with mental health clinicians and develop good working partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including employers, job centres, trade unions and employment agencies.
This is a great chance to use your relationship building and account management skills to gain in-depth knowledge of the local employment market and liaise with a range of schemes and initiatives to assist users with their employment situation. You will have demonstrable experience of supporting people who are experiencing mental ill health, overcoming barriers to return to work from sickness, remain in current employment by overcoming concerns, and gaining new employment. The role will require enthusiasm and commitment towards supporting people who are accessing Talking Therapies Psychological Support. It would suit someone with existing team leadership or supervisory experience and is an excellent opportunity to build on this and develop your career in a fast-growing company.
Don't miss out on this amazing chance to join Vita Health Group and embark on a fulfilling role filled with growth and the opportunity to improve people's day-to-day lives. If you have these skills and attributes and would like to join us, we'd love to hear from you! If you would like to have an informal discussion about the role please contact Ajay Maisuria, Senior Employment Advisor, at ajay.maisuria@vhg.co.uk.
