We have an exciting opportunity for an equipment / patient safety focused individual.
You will be expected to fulfil important link roles and given all the training required to assemble and maintain equipment. You will work closely with the anaesthetic practitioners, theatre procurement and clinical engineering, reporting directly to the anaesthetic band 7's.
Please note you will be required to undertake a Functional Skills Test as part of your interview assessment. You will need to pass this in order to proceed to a Conditional Offer. This is applicable if you are not currently working as a HCSW at CUH.
Are you conscientious, hardworking and kind? Are you passionate about healthcare, especially the area of perioperative care?
You will always have patient safety in the forefront of your mind which will allow you to make quick informed decisions. You must also be able to communicate clearly and calmly in all situations, following the trust policies and behavioral standards.
