You will be working alongside the New Business Department of a growing asset finance company. You will be carrying out administrative tasks in relation to processing new finance agreements within agreed timescales
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Checking documentation and associated records for new finance agreements passed for payout and completion
* Identify any Issues /errors and perform actions required for resolution
* Prepare contract set up on system
* Raise payment instructions to suppliers/brokers ready for review
* Send payment remittances to suppliers/brokers
* Dealing with any payout queries
* Scan and upload executed copy documents/invoices to agreement records on system
* General Administration duties
Requirements
* Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred but not essential
* Able to demonstrate Team Leadership skills
* Office administration experience preferred
* Comfortable using Microsoft packages
* Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner
* Good numeracy skills and be confident working with numbers
