You'll oversee every detail, lead a passionate team, and play a pivotal role in elevating the standard of luxury hospitality at one of the world's most iconic racecourses.If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and have a passion for delivering excellence, this is your moment to shineWhat You'll Do:Planning & Operational DeliveryAct as the key liaison between Ascot clients, sales, and operations, ensuring seamless communication and strategy execution.Oversee the setup, operation, and close-down of all Boxes, ensuring best-in-class service, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.Maintain strict liquor control, stock tracking, and invoice accuracy while ensuring food safety and health regulations are met.Drive innovation by working with culinary teams to refine menus, enhance guest experience, and implement best operational practices.FinancialManage variable costs within budget, protecting revenue and ensuring profitability.Provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting for the Boxes account.Control event budgets, labour plans, and staff ratios to optimize efficiency.Support client billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.Team ManagementRecruit, develop, and manage a strong team of casual managers and staff for consistency and excellence.Execute training programs in collaboration with HR to uphold client and service standards.Foster a motivated and engaged team through clear communication and employee development.Identify and nurture talent, supporting career growth and skills training.What You Bring:EssentialHospitality & Event Expertise – Experience in hospitality, event delivery, and logistics management.Financial & Commercial Acumen – Skilled in managing complex P&L accounts and interpreting financial data.Team & Client Management – Experience leading diverse casual teams and building strong client relationships.Strong Communication & Resilience – Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, multitask, and prioritise effectively.Technical & Analytical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid literacy, numeracy, and commercial awareness.DesirablePrivate Boxes & Hospitality Site Management – Proven experience overseeing luxury private boxes or high-end hospitality venues, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.Team Training & Development – Skilled in designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance, service standards, and operational efficiency.Personal Licence Holder – Certified to oversee the responsible sale of alcohol, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and best practices in hospitality management.Attached you can find the full job description What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
