Purchase Ledger Assistant
Job Summary: Assist with purchase ledger duties, including opening daily post, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties:
* Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
* Open and sort daily post, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £11.78 per hour
