Job Description The Responsibility: Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always Driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to driven overall profitability of the gym Effective management of controllable costs such as; stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like WorkoutWednesday & WeCommunicate Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training and onboarding of new team members within your gym Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard. Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them daily Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whether on-shift or not
