The Project Finance Administrator (PFA) role will operate across all parts of our growing Capability Development team in delivering significant aircraft conversion projects and potentially the wider business. The function of this role is to support projects by providing financial administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of project finances. Including but not limited to budgeting, financial reporting, compliance with funding requirements, and general financial oversight to facilitate the successful execution of the project. The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Approve, process and track all project-related invoices Ensure all invoices are authorised internally in line with the authority matrices Ensure that material, services, and labour costs are recorded accurately and allocated to Work Orders Monitor/report time and cost progress for the project using our resource-tracking software Administration of various Invoice and Purchase Order trackers Support to Raising and tracking Purchase orders as directed by the Project Finance Co-ordinator The following skills, knowledge and experience are essential: A great communicator who can liaise with other Departments / Stakeholders to continuously improve the transmission of information Excellent attention to detail Microsoft Excel Intermediate or Advanced level Taking pride in what you do, with an open mind to learning and development Experience working in a finance or accounting setting Support the team with ideas and input into processes to maintain a positive level of change In return, we can offer you a competitive salary dependant on previous experience, generous holiday allowance, private health care and a company pension. 2Excel is committed to promoting equitable treatment, encouraging diversity, and embracing inclusion in our recruitment processes and among our workforce.
