We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager, manage and develop a portfolio of customers and deliver the to deliver the commercial strategy within Euroform Products. Identifying and focusing on key accounts, developing, and delivering, sales growth. You will also partake in specification generation and preservation through the management and tracking of projects at all stages.
What does the role involve?
As Business Development Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of customers within a region, know your customers and be able to plan and report on your region accurately. Undertake specification generation and preservation, tracking projects through all stages to competition of relevant packages, through engagement with key stakeholders from architects, Facade consultants’ main contractors, sub-contractors and distribution.
You will also manage your sales pipeline and be able to report on your current position, Identify and develop new and existing accounts and be accountable for your performance vs budgets.
The successful candidate will require:
• Experience within the construction industry, with a proven track record in delivering results and financial targets
• Knowledge of other acoustics businesses and the products they offer.
• Strong decision-making ability and successful sales management experience, with in depth knowledge and an understanding of and effective sales function and best practices
• Excellent business, commercial and financial acumen, with a pragmatic approach
• Demonstrable leadership skills, with strategic thinking, influencing and negotiating skills
• Advanced IT Skills, especially in MS Excel
