1. Acting as a point of contact for clients and contractors, communicating via the phone and on emails
2. Manage teams/ online meetings and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery – set up these meeting including invitations, schedules and attendance.
3. Manage and communicate with separate parties to ensure actions and deliverables are on time, followed up and moved forward
4. Time management of key projects
5. Drafting update reports, both internally and for clients and reviewing, analysing reports and data
